Service target groups

Aged 15 years or above ex-mentally ill persons ; being physically healthy without infectious diseases; with reasonable vocational ability and motivation for open employment. Special services are also provided for those with a history of criminal violence or assessed disposition violence.  

 

Service Description

Provides residential care during the transitional period  to facilitate recovering mentally ill patients to achieve independent living for the purpose of community reintegration.

 

Referral Methods

Referrals can be made by social workers to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services of the Social Welfare Department.
