Welcome to using the iPEP chatbot! Our chatbot is an artificial intelligence assistant developed by a professional team based on years of accumulated knowledge about common concerns of caregivers of patients with psychosis, aimed at providing support and assistance to families and caregivers of patients with psychosis . Our chatbot provides  answers to various questions, including information on the pathology, treatment services, and rehabilitation of psychosis, as well as tips on interacting with patients.

 

How to Use the Chatbot

Before using the chatbot, you will need to register and log in to your member account, and then click the "Read and start" button at the bottom of this page. Using the iPEP chatbot is very simple - just enter your question or request in the chat box, and the chatbot will do its best to answer your questions. However, the chatbot may not understand complex requests, so using simple language, keywords, or phrases will be more effective. If the chatbot cannot understand your request, you can try rephrasing or asking more detailed questions.

 

Differences from the "Contact Us Form"

The chatbot can provide you with information assistance anytime, anywhere, including relevant links and resources, without having to wait for our team's response, resolving your issues instantly. If you feel that the chatbot cannot solve your problem, you can fill out the "Contact Us Form," and our team will contact you via email.
