This programme primarily targets ‘early psychotic’ patients aged 15 to 64.
Service description
The Hospital Authority has established seven E.A.S.Y service centres, each has a multi-disciplinary early intervention team consists of doctors and nurses. The E.A.S.Y programme provides early referral and assessment, ongoing treatment services and extensive public education on early psychosis and its symptoms. The programme operates in an one-stop, open referral way; if anyone suspects others may have developed psychosis, referrals can be made via hotline, internet or direct contact with service centre. Referrals received will be assessed, thus appropriate psycho- or pharmaco- treatment may be provided.

Service target groups
Recovering patients living in the community.
Service description
CPNS are provided by a group of specially trained qualified nurses. Through home visits, community nurses administer proper nursing care to patients, at the same time, imbue patients and their families with the knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention. CPNS also provide hotline and crisis intervention services. They will report the patients' progress to the attending doctors when necessary to enhance the rehabilitation process.
